VESSEL, BUILT 1949 BY A/S FREDRIKSSTAD M/V, FREDRIKSTAD. WHILE BEING TOWED BY MV AL HASSAN FROM DUBAI TO KARACHI FOR REPAIRS, SANK AFTER A FIRE BROKE ON BOARD, 10M OFF CHAH BAHAR. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY ARCEPEY SHIPPING CO. ALL 9 CREWMEN RESCUED BY TOWING VESSEL. (MSD)
