The shipwreck AMAZONE is located off the coast of Morocco near Al Jadida and Jorf Lasfar at coordinates 33 16.128 N, 8 29.755 W. Historical hydrographic surveys dating from 1941 through November 1971 document the vessel as a stranded wreck, though subsequent inspections noted no visible sign of the structure at certain tide levels. French and UK hydrographic records, including chart updates up to September 2016, have maintained and revised the charted position of the stranded wreck AMAZONE in these Atlantic waters near the Moroccan coastline.
