AAMIR shipwreck details: The vessel ran aground near Sandspit Beach close to PNS Humayan along the coast of the Arabian Sea in Pakistan. The exact wreck position is located at coordinates 24 47.203 N, 66 58.867 E, approximately 1000 feet from the shore. Initially grounded in July 1989, the vessel was sold for demolition and scrapping, with marine demolition operations officially completed by February 1992.
