The shipwreck Water Lily is an underwater obstruction located off the coast of Pendeen, Cornwall, near the Pendeen Lighthouse in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and English Channel approaches. The official wreck coordinates are 50 18.034 N, 5 42.059 W. Historical records indicate the vessel sank during World War I, though modern hydrographic surveys using multibeam sonar and magnetometers have not located the remains, leading authorities to amend the site status to dead with no charted archaeological presence found.

BUILT IN 1876 BY WATSON, BANFF. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY H C CHUGG. PASSAGE RUNCORN FOR CHERBOURG. WAS CAPTURED BY SUBMARINE THEN SUNK BY BOMBS 8M N BY E FROM PENDEEN LTHO. NO LIVES LOST. (WW1SL, LL WW1 & SIBI).
