BROKE MOORINGS AND RAN AGROUND OFF DUPUIS ISLAND, CHANDLER. LATER BROKE IN TWO AND CAUSED SERIOUS POLLUTION. CARGO INCLUDED 1000 TONS EACH OF BAGGED CEMENT, PAPER, & POWDERED MILK & 750 TONS STEEL PIPE. CREW RECOVERED. (MSD).
