VESSEL, BUILT 1976 BY SANTIERUL NAVAL BRAILA, BRAILA, CAPSIZED & SANK AFTER BEING SMASHED BY HIGH WAVES 11M S OF CAPE FINISTERRE. VESSEL WAS ON PASSAGE FROM CONSTANTZA, ROUMANIA TO IMMINGHAM, ROTTERDAM AND ANTWERP, WAS MAKING FOR MUROS BAY TO SEEK SHELTER. 14 OF 28 CREW LOST. (LLOYDS VOL.278 & MSD).
