EX-SILVER MED. HAD BEEN DETAINED AT SAN FERNANDO UNDER SUSPICION OF HAVING BEEN HIJACKED. DRAGGED ANCHOR DURING TYPHOON BRENDA AND GROUNDED NEAR PIER 2. RESUMABLY WAS LATER MOVED BY HARBOUR AUTHORITIES AND AGAIN BEACHED. HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM MANILA BAY IN 1988 BY PIRATES. (LL).
