SABOTAGE SUSPECTED AFTER SURVEY & REFLOATING MAY BE POSSIBLE. IT IS REPD THAT PREPARATORY OPERATIONS TO RAISE HER ARE SCHEDULED 22.3.80. WAS REFLOATED IN MAY [YEAR NOT STATED] AND SCRAPPED. (MSD)
