Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck Ringholm is an underwater obstruction located off the coast of southeastern Scotland in the North Sea near the Firth of Forth at the coordinates 55 51.998 N, 2 3.094 W. Historical hydrographic survey records show that the site was initially inserted on charts following a 1919 survey by SNO Granton, and later classified as a non-dangerous wreck in 1972 before being amended to a least depth position. During a subsequent hydrographic survey in 2002 by Gardline, the wreck was not located and was officially classified as dead on British standard navigation charts.
