The shipwreck known as REWARD is historically located off the coast of Suffolk, England, in the North Sea at coordinates 52 37.426 N, 1 45.39 E. Originally identified in 1929 as a marked wreck near the coast, it underwent dispersal operations in 1930, resulting in a recorded least depth of 19.7 meters. While later reports in 1945 reclassified the site as a foul area, subsequent hydrographic surveys conducted in 1955, 1974, and 2017 have consistently failed to locate any structural remains, debris, or underwater obstructions at this position. Following these thorough search efforts, the REWARD is officially classified as a dead wreck with no further action required.
