BUILT IN 1963 BY BURNTISLAND SHIPBUILDING CO LTD, BURNTISLAND. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY THAI MARITIME NAV CO LTD. PASSAGE BANGKOK FOR JAPAN. FIRE BROKE OUT WHILE LOADING AN ADDITIONAL 2500 TONS RUBBER FROM A LIGHTER. ABANDONED AND SUNK BY GUNFIRE FROM THAI NAVY PATROL VESSEL. SANK ON PORT SIDE. (MSD).
