The Plougasnoul shipwreck is a historical underwater wreck located off the coast of France in the English Channel / Atlantic waters near Plougasnou at coordinates 48 40.057 N, 3 51.57 W. Initially recorded with a mean depth of 15 meters and a large size exceeding 50 meters or 1000 tons based on French wreck records from October 1976, this obstruction was later investigated and officially amended to a dead wreck after not being listed in the 1984 French wreck records.
