Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater shipwreck located off the coast of Kent near the Goodwin Sands in the English Channel at coordinates 51 0.24 N, 1 14.239 E. This maritime obstruction consists of a wreck measuring 72 meters in length and 15.7 meters in width. The wreck site, identified during a 2016 survey, sits at a depth of approximately 18.57 meters within a general seabed depth of 24 meters. Structural analysis confirms the vessel is broken into two distinct parts and is partially buried in the seafloor with a structural height of 5.2 meters and an orientation of 081/261 degrees. Historical survey records indicate the site has been monitored since 1977, confirming the presence of a significant underwater wreck at this English Channel location.
