Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck and obstruction report located near the Gulf of Khambhat off the west coast of India. The obstruction consists of a broken anchor and cable reported at coordinates 21 40.4 N, 72 28.2 E. A secondary foul area is identified nearby at 21 40.36 N, 72 28.23 E. These underwater hazards were recorded in NAVAREA VIII 705/12 and Indian Notice to Mariners 124/12. Mariners are advised to exercise caution when navigating this sector of the Arabian Sea as the exact structural condition of the submerged debris may vary.
