Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck located at coordinates 51 32.6 N, 0 59.839 E near the Maplin Sands and the Thames Estuary. This small shipwreck lies within a large scour pit at a depth of 19 meters. The wreck has a least echo sounder depth of 2.1 meters, while the surrounding general seabed depth ranges from 13 to 14 meters. Survey records indicate the site was swept clear at 11.5 meters and foul at 11.8 meters. The obstruction remains a known navigational hazard in the region.
