Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck record for a reported obstruction located at coordinates 13 34.7 N, 120 56.75 E in the Verde Island Passage, Philippines. Historical maritime survey data indicates this site was previously documented as a non-dangerous wreck in 1974. Subsequent hydrographic analysis classified the obstruction as too deep to chart for navigation purposes. Later surveys identified potential duplicate records for the same location, and modern nautical charts, including NGA 91300, have since removed the wreck notation, officially amending the status to dead. The site is currently considered cleared for surface navigation.
