Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater Wreck Details: Position 53 57.138 N, 0 8.746 E. This historical shipwreck site is located in the North Sea off the Humber region. The wreck lies broken into two distinct parts resting on its hull, featuring a strong magnetic anomaly. Modern multibeam surveys record a least depth of 27.52 meters within a general surrounding depth of 32 meters. The structural dimensions of the wreckage measure 64.2 meters in length, 12.2 meters in width, and a height of 4.84 meters, oriented at 115/295 degrees with a local scour extending 7 meters toward 100 degrees. The aft section measures 23 meters oriented at 130 degrees, while the forward section is 29 meters long oriented at 90 degrees. Historically examined and previously considered to be the vessel Stanburn, this surveyed obstruction has historical depth records ranging from a least depth of 54 feet, 16.5 meters, 15.8 meters, and 24.4 meters with a 2-meter scour, alongside wire-sweep clearances of 25.5 meters and foul depths at 25.9 meters.
