Underwater obstruction and wreck details located off the northern coast of Crete in the Aegean Sea near coordinates 35 28.941 N, 24 6.21 E. This site has been surveyed and updated over several decades, with historical records identifying the obstruction at various shifted positions in the vicinity of 35 28.941 N, 24 6.21 E. Initially reported as a 17-fathom obstruction in 1947, later records from 1998 reclassified the underwater hazard as a wreck with a depth of 34 meters. The site appears on historical nautical charts, including Greek charts 094 and 433/1. Mariners are advised that the wreck position has been subject to multiple positional updates over the years, settling near the 35 28.941 N, 24 6.21 E coordinates. This deep-water wreck remains a notable underwater feature for navigation in the waters north of Crete.
