17.10.43 VESSEL, [EX-'WITHERNSEA-18'], BUILT 1918 BY NAPIER & MILLER. A 'HUNT' CLASS 'SWEEPER. WAS BOMBED & BEACHED. SALVED BY THE GERMANS, BECAME PATROL VESSEL '12.VA' THEN 'UJ.2109'. SUNK 17.10.43 BY RN DESTROYERS IN THE DODECANESE.
