Underwater obstruction located at coordinates 54 51.726 N, 1 28.493 E in the North Sea region near the Dogger Bank Wind Farm site. This underwater hazard consists of lost cone penetrometer equipment and steel rods, potentially entangled with cables. Following site investigations, it is considered unlikely that this debris remains proud of or resting on the seabed. This obstruction is charted as foul ground and poses a potential snagging hazard for vessels navigating in the vicinity of the Dogger Bank area.
