Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck of the Oska Floa is located at coordinates 15 34.448 N, 61 27.536 W. Originally reported as aground, holed, and listing to port with its bow onshore facing northeast, historical records note the vessel was later abandoned with no salvage attempts made. The wreck was officially charted in 2004 based on hydrographic survey data. However, a subsequent high-resolution multibeam bathymetric survey conducted by the UK Hydrographic Office in September 2018 failed to locate the wreck, leading authorities to amend its status as dead or no longer extant at the site.
