UK Hydrographic Office survey records for the underwater obstruction and wreck named ORION S located at coordinates 53 56.7 N, 14 17.4 E in the Baltic Sea near Poland. Historical hydrographic data shows the site was originally marked by a green conical buoy in 1956, with light buoy characteristics subsequently amended before the buoy was deleted in 1958. The status of the underwater obstruction was later amended to foul ground in 1963, with subsequent updates noting a depth of 9.5 meters and the wreck ultimately being amended to dead in 1998.
