The shipwreck NORBARYTT is located at coordinates 61 55 N, 05 07.5 E off the coast of Norway, south of the Kariskjer Light. Historical hydrographic survey data indicates the vessel sank in approximately 30 fathoms of water. While earlier records contained vague positioning information, the wreck site is now officially classified as a dead record by the UK Hydrographic Office, as the vessel is not currently depicted on Norwegian navigational charts and has been confirmed as no longer present or significant for maritime charting purposes.
