BUILT IN 1961 BY KYUSHU ZOSEN, WAKAMATSU. PASSAGE OSAKA FOR INCHON & BUSAN. GROUNDED OFF HWANG DO & REFLOATED SAME DAY. DUE TO HEAVY LEAKAGE WAS BEACHED AT ONCHONGDO FISHING HARBOUR WHERE VESSEL TOOK A HEAVY LIST & CAPSIZED, FLOODING HOLDS & ENGINE ROOM. SHE WAS THEN ABANDONED, & OFFERED FOR SALE 'AS IS, WHERE IS', SOLD & SALVAGE TO COMMENCE IN MAY. (MSD)
