WAS BEING MOVED UNDER TOW OF M TUG TYPHOON IN AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID AREA OF TYPHOON 'FRED' WHEN IT CAPSIZED AND SANK. 22 MEN LOST, 173 SAVED IN CONDITIONS WITH 50 FOOT WAVES. (MSD).
