VESSEL, CAUGHT FIRE WHILE LOADING AND BUNKERING. WHEN FIRE SPREAD TO HOLD CONTAINING POLYVINYL CHLORIDE. VESSEL WAS TOWED TO AN OUTER HARBOUR WALL, INSIDE OF WHICH SHE WAS SCUTTLED TO ENSURE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED & SO AVOID RISK OF RELEASING TOXIC FUMES. (LLOYDS VOL.274).
