RAN AGROUND IN HEAVY WEATHER ON BREAKWATER 1M FROM PORT HARMON, STEPHENVILLE, NEWFOUNDLAND. SALVAGE ATTEMPTS FAILED. ABANDONED AS CTL. (MSD).
