Simplified Wreck Survey
The shipwreck LOVAT is a designated underwater obstruction located off the coast of Cornwall in the Celtic Sea at coordinates 49 47.587 N, 05 38.342 W. Originally lost in 1975, the site has been surveyed multiple times to monitor its condition and depth. The wreck lies at a general depth of approximately 84.5 meters, with a recorded least depth of 74 meters. The vessel is oriented along an 080/260 degree axis with the bow facing east. Structural analysis identifies the highest point of the wreck as the superstructure located at the western end.
