Wreck details for LANGEOOG located at coordinates 53 58.917 N, 07 28.000 E in the North Sea near the coast of Langeoog Island Germany. This underwater obstruction was originally reported following a sinking event at 53 59.000 N, 07 28.000 E in general depths of 28 meters. Historic maritime records indicate the site was previously designated as a potential hazard to fishing vessels with towing gear. Although historical German nautical charts once identified the wreck at 53 58.550 N, 07 28.000 E it was subsequently amended to dead and removed from official charts in 1969. The site is currently considered non-dangerous to navigation.
