EX-OZGUR 1 '93. BUILT IN 1976 BY GUSIN GEMI INSAST VE TICARET LTD, BALAT, ISTANBUL. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY TURGUT OKAN & PARTNERS, MERSIN, TURKEY. 6 CYLINDER OIL ENGINE OF 750BHP, SINGLE SHAFT. PASSAGE TURKEY FOR ASHDOD. CARGO GYPSUM BOARDS. WAS ANCHORED OFF ASHDOD BUT CABLE BROKE IN HEAVY WEATHER AND VESSEL WAS SWEPT OUT TO SEA. TOW ATTEMPTED BUT COULD NOT BE PASSED IN 8-10MTR WAVES. VESSEL FOUNDERED AND SANK. CREW OF 10 RECOVERED.
