TOOK ON SERIOUS LIST WHEN CARGO SHIFTED AND ENGINE FAILED. CREW RECOVERED BY M TRAWLER LUDWIG RENN BY RAFT IN APPALLING CONDITIONS. ONLY FLOATING TIMBER LOCATED DURING SUBSEQUENT SEARCH. (MSD).
