Historical surveying data indicates the wreck position was confirmed at 55 11.7 N, 11 2.7 E. Following a survey assessment updated in the January 2005 edition of Danish Chart INT 369, the status of the HOGEN wreck was amended to dead as it is no longer shown on the charts.
