Examined using DGPS, the site features a collapsed wreck in two sections with a least multibeam depth of 60.7 meters in a general depth of 66.4 meters. Structural descriptions include a length of 38 meters, a width of 13 meters, and a height of 5.5 meters, lying on a 124/304 degree orientation with a moderate magnetic anomaly. Additional site characteristics include scour under 0.5 meters extending 50 meters towards 205 degrees, debris extending 15 meters towards 045 degrees, and sediment accumulation to the northeast and southwest.

BUILT IN 1941 BY VICKERS ARMSTRONG. A 'HUNT' CLASS TYPE THREE DESTROYER. FOUR 4 INCH AA, ONE FOUR BARREL 2 POUNDER AA AND 20MM AS GUNS. TWO 21 INCH TORPEDO TUBES. 34000SHP FOR 26.5 KNOTS. TORPEDOED & SUNK BY E-BOAT WHILE ESCORTING A COASTAL CONVOY. 36 MEN LOST, 117 RECOVERED. (SRN, DODS & WARSHIP LOSSES OF WW2).
