REPORTED HAVING SERIOUS LEAKS IN HOLDS AND TO BE LISTING ON 29.11.86. NOT FOUND BY VESSELS SENT TO ASSIST. 2 MEN FOUND DEAD IN A LIFECRAFT MID-JANUARY 1987 IN APPROX 190000N, 1150000E, 22 MEN MISSING. (MSD & LL).
