BUILT 1961 BY ISHIKAWAJIMA HARIMA HEAVY INDUSTRIES, AIOI. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY PEMBROKE SHIPPING & INVESTMENT CO., S.A. AFTER LEAVING PUERTO DE LA LUZ DEVELOPED A LEAK IN THE ENGINE ROOM AND SANK OFF MAURITANIA. ALL CREW WERE SAFELY RESCUED. (MSD).
