BUILT 1949 BY SARPSBORG M/V A/S, GREAKER. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY OSATHA NAVIGATION CO LTD. PASSAGE SAVONA FOR KUWAIT & DAMMAM. SANK FOLLOWING ENGINE-ROOM FIRE, 13.5M OFF TAVOLARA ISLAND, NE SARDINIA. THE VESSEL HAD BEEN UNDER ARREST AT MARINA DI CARRARA, DUE TO LEGAL ACTION FOLLOWING A COLLISION IN NOV'79.
