ATTACKED BY GERMAN AIRCRAFT LAUNCHED TORPEDO, WEST OF ALGIERS. THE BURNING WRECK WAS SUNK BY GUNFIRE. CREW OF 46 & 10 GUNNERS, 5 LIVES LOST. (DODS, LLWW2 & WW2SL).
