BEGAN SHIPPING WATER IN HEAVY SEAS. WAS ABANDONED BY CREW WHEN PUMPS FAILED TO COPE AND LATER SANK AFTER AN ATTEMPT TO TOW VESSEL FAILED. (LL & SIBI).
