PASSAGE SEAHAM FOR DEVONPORT. CARGO COAL. BOMBED BY GERMAN AIRCRAFT, BADLY DAMAGED AND ON FIRE. CAPSIZED AFTER BEING ABANDONED. FOUR MEN LOST.
