Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck DOLPHIN was historically recorded at coordinates 56 0.913 N, 3 3.67 W located in the Firth of Forth near Inchkeith Island Scotland. Initially reported as a sunken obstruction in 1925 the wreckage of the DOLPHIN has been officially salvaged and removed. Following marine survey reports and salvage operations the vessel was towed to Leith Docks and no longer exists as an underwater hazard at its original sinking position. All maritime navigational warnings regarding the wreck DOLPHIN have been cancelled by the UK Hydrographic Office.
