BUILT IN 1955 BY D W KREMER SHON, ELMSHORN. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY CAVOS NAVIGATION CO LTD. PASSAGE BORDEAUX FOR BEIRUT. SANK DURING A STORM, FOLLOWING AN ENGINE-ROOM EXPLOSION. SHE WAS 5M NE OF CAP BOUGARONI. 4 CREW WERE KILLED, THE REMAINING 10 BEING RESCUED BY PASSING VESSELS. (MSD).
