Simplified Wreck Survey

The shipwreck Concord is located off the coast of Lowestoft in the North Sea at coordinates 52 23.028 N, 1 44.391 E. Originally sinking on October 22, 1936, the wreck was officially reported by Lowestoft Customs and promulgated by notice to mariners later that year. By December 1936, operations had dispersed the wreck down to the level of the seabed. During a subsequent hydrographic survey on August 23, 1982, by HMS Bulldog, the obstruction was not found and its status was officially amended to dead with no charted danger remaining.
