Simplified Wreck Survey

Historic shipwreck site of the vessel Cambria located offshore near Montevideo in the Rio de la Plata estuary at coordinates 34 54.133 S, 56 13.3 W. Initially reported as a submerged wreck in 1946, it was subsequently marked by a green flashing light buoy before being structurally amended to show masts and funnel. The wreck record was officially deleted and marked as dead in 1952.
