TORPEDOED BY UB-31 2M SSE OF THE LIZARD. TOWED TO SHALLOWS OFF CADGWITH AND SANK WITH PORT SIDE SHOWING. MUCH OF CARGO WAS RECOVERED. 4 MEN LOST. (SIBI).
