Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck site located in the English Channel near the coast of Normandy, France, at coordinates 49 27.155 N, 1 10.103 W. This historic maritime site consists of the remains of a British landing barge alongside scattered ship plating debris. The wreckage is documented as a submerged obstruction with a least depth of less than 20 meters, situated in a general water depth of approximately 8 meters. Originally surveyed by Toran positioning systems and further investigated by divers, the site is recorded as a broken wreck structure. Historical survey data indicates the wreck is confirmed at the specified location for maritime navigation and hydrographic charting purposes.
