Simplified Wreck Survey

Underwater wreck located off the coast of Dominica in the Caribbean Sea at coordinates 15 19.567 N, 61 23.813 W. This submerged shipwreck is identified as a cement barge with a total length of 62.46 meters and a width of 12.18 meters. A hydrographic survey conducted in September 2018 confirmed a least multibeam depth of 4.1 meters over the wreck, with the structure lying at an orientation of 072 degrees. The site features an associated scour area measuring 13 meters in length and 4.6 meters in width. This underwater obstruction is officially recorded by the UK Hydrographic Office and remains an important navigation hazard in these waters.
