BUILT 1960 BY NEDERLANDSCHE DOK & SCHPS., AMSTERDAM. OWNED AT TIME OF LOSS BY NORSAM A/S. PASSAGE S AMERICA FOR BERGEN. SANK FOLLOWING A COLLISION WITH GREEK MV 'MAROUDIO' IN THICK FOG NORTH OF USHANT. ALL 34 CREW MEMBERS WERE RESCUED BY A FRENCH NAVAL VESSEL. (MSD).
