Underwater Wreck Report: The fishing vessel BA 319, previously reported as a wreck located off the face of Carrick Castle Pier in Loch Goil, Scotland, is officially classified as dead. Historical survey data indicated the vessel was originally beached south of Carrick Castle at coordinates 56 6.504 N, 4 54.328 W. While the wreck was initially documented as visible at all states of tide with significant hull damage to the port side, a comprehensive maritime survey conducted in October 2013 by the Port Surveyor found no trace of the wreck remaining at the site. Consequently, the wreck entry for the fishing vessel BA 319 in Loch Goil has been removed from active navigation charts.
