Simplified Wreck Survey
The underwater wreck known as the Airdrie is located in the North Sea off the coast of East Yorkshire, England, near Spurn Head and Withernsea. The precise coordinates for this underwater obstruction are 53 50.485 N, 0 20.339 E. Originally struck as an obstruction in 1976 and later surveyed as a small intact wreck, the site was comprehensively examined in March 2016. Modern multibeam sonar surveys reveal that the remains now consist of a small, disintegrated wreck forming a low seabed mound with a weak magnetic anomaly. The structural dimensions measure 12.2 meters in length, 12.0 meters in width, and 2.22 meters in height, lying oriented at 00/180 degrees. The least measured depth over the wreck is 34.37 meters within a general surrounding water depth of 36 meters.

WRECK IS POSSIBLY THE AIRDRIE, IT IS SMALL AND DISINTIGRATED WITH JUST A MOUND LEFT WITH WEAK MAGNETIC ANOMALY. (MMT, HI 1473). AMEND NDW 34MTRS IN REVISED POSITION.
