Simplified Wreck Survey
The shipwreck Wycliff is an underwater obstruction located off the Atlantic coast of France in the Bay of Biscay at coordinates 47 0.772 N, 2 12.827 W. Historical hydrographic surveys from the UK Hydrographic Office and French nautical publications initially recorded the site as a submerged wreck with a least depth ranging between 2 to 2.5 meters. Over the decades, charting updates noted that the structure was occasionally considered unlisted or removed from active records, but modern hydrographic data classifies the site as a foul ground obstruction at the revised position of 47 0.772 N, 2 12.827 W.
